Preparation and Follow-up Time:
Processing of all products takes 3 to 5 days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with tracking information when it is shipped from our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep an eye on your inbox.
Shipping Packaging:
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipping Times (once the order is processed):
- Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Fast Shipping: Priority, same day of order (if placed before 3:00 PM HRS), additional cost, only in major cities.
Refund and Replacement Policies:
- We will replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost if you contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- We only offer free replacements if items are defective or packages are lost in transit. We are not responsible for products lost due to incorrect information provided.
Cancellations and Withdrawal:
- You can request a cancellation in the first 24 hours at no cost, as long as the order has not been shipped.
- If the shipment has already been made, it will be processed as a withdrawal. Changes or withdrawals after receiving the product are subject to certain conditions and costs.
