Return Policy
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we promise to replace it at no additional cost to you. We ask that you contact us immediately through our service channel, support@redditienda.com , attaching photographic evidence within the first 48 hours after receiving the product.
We will only be able to offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Damaged, broken or dirty upon arrival.
- Packages lost in transit. We will take care of managing with the carrier and will send a new product to the customer without charge, except when the wrong address has been provided by the customer.
Note: REDDI TIENDA will not be responsible for orders routed or addressed incorrectly by the buyer. In any case, we will deploy our management to promptly correct the address once we are notified of the development.
Please ensure all information provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid courier losses.
Customers are advised to enter correct addresses carefully; otherwise the package will not be delivered. Notify any news to the email ( support@redditienda.com ) or by submitting a ticket on our website https://redditienda.com .
Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and always before it is delivered to the carrier. To cancel, send us an email to support@redditienda.com .
If it has already been delivered to the courier, it will operate as a RETRACT to the purchase and the buyer will assume the shipping and return costs.
Send us an email to support@redditienda.com within 5 days of receiving the product, explicitly indicating that you wish to make use of the Right of Withdrawal. You will need to provide us with the account number for the transfer if payment was made on delivery. If it was made through electronic channel, the refund will be made to the same purchase account.
The customer must send or leave the product according to the established instructions for collecting the product. The product must be delivered in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the customer, without signs of misuse, damage to the packaging or any other situation that reduces its value.
Once we receive the product and verify its perfect condition, we will process your refund within a maximum period of 8 business days.
For the purposes of the right of withdrawal, the shipping and return costs of the product will be valued at $60,000.
REDDI TIENDA store reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above refund criteria. Support will be sent to the email provided once the refund is made.
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank and account statement again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact support@redditienda.com , by sending us a ticket on our website https://www.REDDITIENDA.COM or email.
Warranty Policy
The product warranty term is explicitly stated on the product description page.
If you wish to apply a product warranty, you must immediately contact our only warranty service channel, email support@redditienda.com , where you must describe the failure or malfunction of the product and attach photographic and film evidence.
The warranty only applies to factory defects; It does not operate due to misuse of the product, falls, breaks or damage attributable to a third party.
The guarantee at no time gives rise to the right to withdraw the purchase outside the period established by law.
Acceptance of the product for review does not in itself imply acceptance of the warranty.
During the warranty, the product is reviewed to determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is due to a factory defect, the product will be repaired at one of our authorized service centers.
At the discretion of Reddi Tienda, the choice will be between repair or replacement of the defective product.
Once the product has been replaced twice and if the problem persists, an agreement can be reached with the buyer that involves the refund of the product.
